Brad’s encyclopedic knowledge of construction law has led to giving frequent lectures at leading construction conferences. He was a featured speaker at the annual New Jersey School Boards Association Convention where he delivered a presentation on “Keys to a Successful School Construction Project.” He has participated in seminars with topics ranging from “Change Orders in New Jersey” to “New Jersey Public Contracts and Procurement Regulations.”
